We have a wonderful 3 bedroomed home set in paradise in the NSW coastal town of Bonville which is a suburb of Coffs Harbour. Our home a dismantable which is approximately 5 years old and is situated in the rainforest on the base of the mountains of Coffs Harbour and in a 55’s Park home which has only been established for approximately 6 years. The Boambee creek is at the bottom of the park.

Supportive Park owners and extremely friendly neighbours who look out for one another live here. We are 9 minutes drive to the center of Coffs Harbour and 7 minutes via the freeway to the Hospital and a stroll away from the famous Bonville Golf Course.

Coffs Habour was voted by CSIRO as the best place to live regards to weather in Australia. Perfect for retiring and a bonus if you are into fishing.

Our main bedroom has a walk in robe and is a spacious double room with its own toilet.

We have a separate shower and separate toilet leading off the laundry. A spacious kitchen with plenty of cupboards and working space including an almost new dishwasher and fitted with a gas cooker. All floors are vinyl except for tiles in wet areas.

The guest bedroom has full wall cupboards and easily takes a double bed and it has a small airconditioner. The third bedroom is much smaller also with build in full wall cupboards which you could get a single bed into but we use this as an office. The spare room and “office” have wind up awnings on the outside which are operated from inside the house.

We have a very large verandah, the front of the verandah has been fitted with pull up canvas blinds The verandah is also fitted with a gas bayonet for your BBQ.

Besides skylights in the one toilet and walk in robe, we recently had another large skylight fitted into the main high ceiling in the kitchen which now gives off ample light.

All rooms are fitted with LED lighting and we have a 2kw solar system to save on electricity bills. We have a split system air-conditioner in the lounge and all bedrooms including the lounge are fitted with ceiling fans.

We have been lucky to secure the biggest portion of land in this park as it was the first to be built. There is also room for a small boat which is under a huge fitted sail and your car and a medium shed for the handy man.

There are two inbuilt raised up garden beds approximately 2.5 m each for growing your veggies and your own water tank which overflow feeds the main water catchment in the park which is then fed back to us once filtered. At this time we do not pay for water.

Its amazing how well things grow in this part of the world!

Our property is fully fenced and has a remote control electric gate , an asset for your security and when you go on holidays. There has been no expense spared and the property is well looked after.

Viewing will not disappoint.

Weekly rent is $108 which is paid fortnightly. ($216) You are also responsible for payment of your gas and electricity.

The park has a small recreation room, tennis court and swimming pool. No pets are allowed.

It is with much regret we have to leave this property but the call of our grandchildren in Perth is way too strong to ignore.
